EU P2P Newsletter: Issue N.8

The Eighth Issue of the EU P2P Newsletter covers the period from October 2018 to April 2019. During this reporting period, the EU Partner to Partner Programme (EU P2P) continued promoting cooperation and capacity building in all three main areas of its activity: dual-use export controls, Arms Trade Treaty (ATT) implementation and conven-tional arms export controls (COARM).
