EU P2P Newsletter: Issue N.9

The Ninth Issue of the EU P2P Newsletter covers the period from April 2019 to October 2019. During this period, the EU Partner to Partner Programme (EU P2P) is pleased to report a number of successful events and capacity building workshops under all three main areas of its activity: Dual-Use export controls; Arms Trade Treaty imple-mentation and conventional arms export controls.
